We had a wonderful week in the enchanting vacation apartment! The charming half-timbered house and cozy fireplace made us feel right at home. It was especially perfect in the autumnal atmosphere. Our children (7 and 9 years old) enjoyed their time here just as much as we did – whether on the many excursions into the beautiful surroundings or during the cozy get-togethers. Thank you for your warm hospitality; we felt completely at home and are already looking forward to seeing you again!

When can I arrive? What time must I depart?
On the day of arrival, our guests can arrive from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, the apartment is available to our guests until 10 a.m.
Available at the Ornes monument and Villa Mia. The workshop chalet is open from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Our cancellation policy
If you are unable to start your vacation, please notify us in writing. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 85% of the rental amount. This fee will be waived if we are able to re-let the apartment.
Is there a minimum stay?
The minimum stay in all houses is 2 nights.
Is there parking at the holiday apartment?
At the Ornes monument and Villa Mia, there are ample parking spaces available directly at the house.
The workshop chalet ZH10 has a carport for 3 cars.
Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
No, smoking is not permitted in the apartments. They are advertised and rented as non-smoking apartments.
Is a cot/high chair available in the apartments?
A cot/high chair is available. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in our houses!
Is there Wi-Fi ?
Sufficiently fast Wi-Fi is available in all houses!

In the workshop chalet ZH10 = fiber optic 150 Mbps
Is it allowed to grill?
Yes, there is a grill available in each room.
Do I have to pay tourist tax?
No, there is no tourist tax to be paid.
Are bed linen, towels, dishcloths, etc. provided?
Yes, everything is there, you don't have to bring anything with you!
