How it all began......
Our journey began over 20 years ago when we joined a more than 30
We fell in love with the historic half-timbered house that had been empty for years and was in dire need of restoration.
This house was also a listed building.
It was a dream to bring the historic building back to life with a lot of love and dedication.
But during the four-year restoration, an idea emerged: Why not turn a special place into a home for travelers?
With a lot of passion and patience, we restored the building piece by piece, preserving the charm of bygone times while introducing modern amenities.
What began as a small project quickly grew into a holiday home that we wanted to open to guests from all over the world.
A house that was worthy of demolition was transformed into a holiday home with three fully luxuriously furnished holiday apartments, in the middle of which a large half-timbered hall with a fireplace invites you to linger.
This house impresses with its touch of history and unique character.
Today we are delighted to share this special accommodation with you—a place where tradition and hospitality meet and unforgettable memories are created.

About 12 years ago, the Villa Mia project followed, which we rent out as a complete holiday home for up to 8 people.
The ZH10 workshop chalet followed in 2025, impressing with its modern character and exceptional amenities. It also accommodates up to 8 people.
